.Hopefully my experience here is not a part of the business pratices.Tried repeatedly to get an explanation or breakdown of charges. I never got one. Was Never credited for cash payments i made on the bill. Instead of explaining the whole process turned it over for collection. I will be contacting my provider for help. Am really upset and disappointed in the results. Was never from day 1 fully informed that it would cost me this much. Office manager or receptionist whatever her title is is totally unhelpful and rude. Doctor Fifer deserves better. My opinion only. Is she qualifed to work on patients, put equipment or ice packs on clients.
