The SHAPE Program is a comprehensive, practitioner-guided health transformation plan designed to support your unique wellness goals—whether that’s weight management, reducing inflammation, boosting energy, or improving overall health.

How It Works

Your journey begins with a one-on-one consultation with a certified SHAPE practitioner to discuss your current health challenges and long-term wellness goals. Once you’re ready to begin, your practitioner will perform a baseline urinalysis and guide you in purchasing your SHAPE Drops and Program Guidebook.

The SHAPE Program is divided into three transformative phases:

Phase I: Cleanse

Goal: Detoxify the body and rebalance foundational systems.

In this initial phase, your body begins to cleanse itself of toxins while your brain chemistry starts to rebalance, inflammation is reduced, and immune function is supported. If weight loss is part of your goal, Phase I also promotes the elimination of excess body fat.

You’ll follow the SHAPE Nutrition Protocol, take SHAPE Drops three times a day, and check in regularly with your practitioner. Phase I lasts a minimum of three weeks, but many individuals choose to stay in this phase longer to reach their full health potential.

Phase II: Stabilize

Goal: Support metabolic balance and long-term weight maintenance.

This phase focuses on stabilizing brain chemistry and resetting your metabolism. If you lost weight during Phase I, Phase II helps solidify and maintain that progress. You’ll discontinue SHAPE Drops, reintroduce a broader range of foods, and continue working with your SHAPE practitioner. This phase is a fixed three-week period.

Phase III: Live

Goal: Sustain your progress and embrace lifelong wellness.

In this final phase, you’ll apply everything you’ve learned to maintain your results and support a sustainable healthy lifestyle. SHAPE Drops may be reintroduced as a daily supplement to help maintain optimal wellness. Phase III is where SHAPE becomes a natural part of your everyday routine.
