1. Ankle Strengthening Therapeutic Exercises

These exercises are intended to be used when strengthening your ankles. Each of the nine exercises should be performed twice daily with a repetition of 10. Only complete these exercises when instructed by the chiropractor.

2. Ankle Rocker & Wobble Board Exercises

These exercises are intended to be used when strengthening your ankles and building your balance and proprioception. Each of the four exercises should be performed twice daily with a repetition of 10. Only complete these exercises when instructed by the chiropractor.

3. Ankle Stretching Extension-Flexion Therapeutic Exercises

These exercises are intended to be used when strengthening your ankles. Each of the four exercises should be performed twice daily with a repetition of 10. Only complete these exercises when instructed by the chiropractor.

4. Ankle Stretching Pronation-Supination Therapeutic Exercises

These exercises are intended to be used when strengthening your ankles. Each of the six exercises should be performed twice daily with a repetition of 10. Only complete these exercises when instructed by the chiropractor.

5. Hamstring McKenzie Exercises

These exercises are intended to be used when strengthening your hamstrings. Each of the eight exercises should be performed twice daily with a repetition of 10. Only complete these exercises when instructed by the chiropractor.

6. TMJ Exercises

These exercises are intended to be used to relax the muscles and increase mobility in the jaw joints. These should be done wen symptoms are mild. Do not complete the exercises when pain is severe. Each of the eight exercises should be performed twice daily with a repetition of 10. Only complete these exercises when instructed by the chiropractor.

7. Hip Therapeutic Exercises

These exercises are intended to be used when strengthening/stretching your hips. Each of the exercises should be performed twice daily with a repetition of 10. Only complete these exercises when instructed by the chiropractor.

8. IT Band Exercises

These exercises are intended to be used when strengthening IT band syndrome. Each of these exercises should be performed twice daily each exercise list the amount of reps and sets. Only complete these exercises when instructed by the chiropractor.

9. Lower Back Exercises

These exercises are intended to be used when strengthening your lower back . Each of these exercises should be performed twice daily with a repetition of 10. Only complete these exercises when instructed by the chiropractor.

10. Knee Exercises

These exercises are intended to be used when strengthening your knees. Each of these exercises should be performed twice daily with a repetition of 10. Only complete these exercises when instructed by the chiropractor.

11. Neuromuscular Re-education Exercises

These exercises are intended to be used when strengthen your balance and improve your proprioception. Each of these exercises should be performed twice daily with a repetition of 10 and 2 sets. Only complete these exercises when instructed by the chiropractor.

12. Posture Exercises

These exercises are intended to be used when improving your posture. Each of these exercises should be performed twice daily with a repetition of 10. Only complete these exercises when instructed by the chiropractor.
